La investigaci\u00f3n desarrollada tuvo el objetivo de dise\u00f1ar un modelo de gesti\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica que contribuya a mejorar la gesti\u00f3n organizacional y su desempe\u00f1o.
El modelo propuesto contribuye a solucionar el problema de la investigaci\u00f3n y aporta los fundamentos te\u00f3rico-metodol\u00f3gicos para integrar la gesti\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica como uno de los procesos de la organizaci\u00f3n y como instrumento para mejorar la gesti\u00f3n organizacional y su desempe\u00f1o.
La estructuraci\u00f3n del modelo en fases da la posibilidad de utilizar, de forma integrada e independiente, cada una de ellas seg\u00fan las caracter\u00edsticas y las necesidades de la organizaci\u00f3n donde se aplique.
Entre los principales resultados obtenidos en el Centro Nacional de Electromagnetismo Aplicado se resaltan la integraci\u00f3n de la gesti\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica con los restantes procesos de la organizaci\u00f3n, la identificaci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis de oportunidades de mejoras y la determinaci\u00f3n de la madurez de dicha gesti\u00f3n. La aplicaci\u00f3n del modelo demostr\u00f3 las posibilidades de generalizaci\u00f3n.
