Desde esa fecha hasta hoy algunos cambios se constatan a varios niveles; sin embargo, a\u00fan queda mucho por hacer, considerando que es un plan concebido hasta el muy largo plazo. La tarea Vida est\u00e1 inspirada en el pensamiento del l\u00edder hist\u00f3rico de la Revoluci\u00f3n cubana, Fidel Castro Ruz, quien en su discurso en la Cumbre de la Tierra 1992, en R\u00edo de Janeiro, describir\u00eda con claridad meridiana los riesgos y desaf\u00edos a enfrentar por la civilizaci\u00f3n ante el cambio clim\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>El trabajo del d\u00eda se inicia con la Conferencia Magistral \u00abLa Tarea Vida: Avances y Desaf\u00edos en Santiago de Cuba\u00bb, impartida por los Doctores en Ciencia Liliana Mar\u00eda G\u00f3mez Luna del CNEA y Jos\u00e9 Alejandro Zapata Balanqu\u00e9 de la Delegaci\u00f3n Territorial del CITMA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la Conferencia que se explicaron y debatieron los aspectos claves concebidos en este plan, as\u00ed como los avances y desaf\u00edos del Oriente de Cuba, haciendo \u00e9nfasis en el papel de la Universidad de Oriente y el CNEA en la Tarea Vida.<a
